- You may return most items within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- Items such as personal care, beauty products, and customized/printed items are non-returnable for hygiene and personalization reasons.
✅ Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of defective or wrong items).
✅ Exchanges
- Wrong size or defective product? We’ll gladly exchange it (subject to stock availability).
- Exchanges must also follow the same return rules mentioned above.
